I am homebound and only leave my home for a doctor’s appointment. How should I drop my prescription off at your Pharmacy?
You do not have to come to the Pharmacy to drop off or pick up your medications. Have your doctor simply send your prescriptions to Grand Pharmacy Llc. If you have already left the office, just contact us and provide us with your doctor’s name and phone number, and we will take care of the rest for you.
How can I refer a friend or family member?
We will need to have their name, their old pharmacy, and/or doctor’s information, and we will take care of the rest.
Is it free to use your delivery service?
Yes, it is free.
Will my copay be the same at your Pharmacy compared to my old Pharmacy?
Whether you have a copay or a zero copay, it will be the same amount at our Pharmacy. We also offer a wide range of copay assistance programs for eligible patients to bring their copay down as low as possible.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Even if you do not have insurance, we have plenty of available assistance programs for cash-paying patients to help them get their medications at the lowest price possible.
How can I get rid of my old medications?
Can I stop my medication if it does not seem to be working or if I am experiencing side effects?
It is best to call your doctor or pharmacist before stopping any medication. Some side effects go away over time as your body gets used to it. Also, there are certain medications that you cannot stop abruptly since it can lead to withdrawal symptoms. Call 911 or go to your local emergency room if you are experiencing serious side effects from a medication that may cause immediate danger to your health.
